Bookkeeper 25-30hours per week
Job description: Bookkeeper supports the Accounting Department by performing various clerical tasks.
- Filing, Scanning, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Weekly payroll entry, PTO tracking, garnishments, deductions, reimbursements, etc. using payroll service
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Processing and recording client transactions
- Prepare reports and client documents
- Communicate & maintain client accounts and resolve needs
- Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Direct assistant to the Accounting Department
- Make bank deposits
Requirements and skills:
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines & timelines
- Ability to manage various workload volumes which fluctuate daily
- Experience & knowledge of Google Applications
- Highly organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- QuickBooks desktop and online experience
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Must pass Nationwide Background Check
