Job Description
  • Payroll Deduction Payment Processing
  • Provide financial information to buildings when requested.
  • Quarterly Reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries to accurately expense substitute cost.
  • Assist with preparing and verifying invoices for payroll deduction payments.
  • Assist with preparing year end reports including W-2’s and W-2P’s.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Consults with employees and answers questions regarding chart of accounts, substitute cost, timesheets, and other payroll related matters.
  • Garnishment Processing
  • Prepare monthly journal entries related to P-Card expenditures
  • Provide support to and cross-train with payroll team members.
  • Assist with PERS reporting
