Job Title: Billing Supervisor


Reports To: Revenue Cycle Manager


Job Summary: This position is responsible for the timely, accurate and compliant claim submission to third party payers. This Billing Supervisor is also responsible for daily oversight of billing staff, to include training, monitoring and mentoring billers. Duties include assuring compliance with all federal and state guidelines relating to billing. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, computer skills, knowledge of office procedures, and ability to work independently required.


General Job Responsibilities


  • Supervises billers in tasks associated with billing, monitoring processes, productivity and quality to ensure timely submission of claims accurately and compliantly.
  • Serves as a resource to staff by
  • Oversees billing functions, daily biller operations and coordinates to ensure clean claim submission and billing processes are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Reviews and resolves issues related to edits, claim generation, and clean claim rate.

Position Summary


The Convenience Store Team Member provides superior customer service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position is responsible for greeting customers, stocking and merchandising, taking customers' payment, and creating a positive energetic atmosphere for the customers.


Core Functions Of Position


  • Communicates and works cooperatively with convenience store leadership to maintain department standards
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by store leadership
  • Provides exceptional customer service


Requirements


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds on an occasional basis
  • 3-6 months customer-service experience preferred
  • Occasional exposure to a cool, damp environment (coolers) as well as extreme hot temperatures (ovens, grills)
  • Ability to give clear instructions.
  • Prefer 18 years of age or older due to ability to obtain municipal bartender's license and maintain its standing
  • Prior experience with cash register and/or cash handling highly recommended
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
