Bi-lingual Family Support Specialist (FEP)

Full Time Position

Qualifications wanted: Associates degree or Specialized Certificates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work or related field. Candidate needs to demonstrate skill and experience in providing consultations with parents of young children regarding child development, anticipatory guidance, and other parenting topics; and plan parent-child activities together with parents to positively impact child development and nurture healthy parent-child relationships. Looking for someone who is nurturing, knows child development, enjoys one-on-one experiences, is confident/experienced with at-risk populations, trustworthy, internally motivated, takes initiative, can work alone but be a valued part of a team. Experience with children/families with developmental needs a plus. Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred.
