Job Description
MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Bellman at The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland, A Doubletree by Hilton in Cleveland, Ohio!
Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experience.
Job Overview:
Our Bellman will be paid $14 per hour and be a non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Bellman will be asked to perform the following duties:
  • Follow established safety and security procedures
  • Operate the hotel elevators to drop off and pick up guests when needed to the correct floors
  • Take amenities to rooms when needed
  • Support the front desk by answering calls and inquiries
  • Assist with guest’s luggage from the parking lot to their rooms and vice versa
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional way
Mandatory Requirements
  • Flexibility to work seven days a week, including Holidays, and first and second shifts
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds or less, work in changing environmental conditions, stand on feet for long periods of time, and bend, crouch, reach with no difficulty
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Related experience in Hospitality and Customer Service
