Job Description
Our service staff work on a part-time, per diem basis throughout the year and are essential team players when it comes to achieving our goals! Special events you can anticipate to serve include Weddings, Social events such as private parties and Corporate affairs. As all of our events are unique and meaningful to our clients, we expect our team to provide only the highest level of customer service.
Bartenders
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in bartending in a banquet environment
  • Ability to follow directions provided by the Management Team
  • Ability to work alongside others in a fast paced environment while maintaining professional service standards
  • Flexible schedule; includes days, nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Full knowledge of drink recipes
  • Perform set-up and tear down of banquet bars
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with all Sir D's and Venue policies and procedures regarding the service of alcohol
  • RAMP Certified
  • Maintain a clean work space
  • Reliable means of transportation to up to an hour from our facility in New Cumberland, PA
  • Ability to stand for long periods of times; includes carrying and lifting bar equipment and large quantities of alcohol
  • Ability to comply with all laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol in the state of PA
