Salary:$16.5 – $18.5

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for creating excellent coffee and customer service experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and stock supplies when needed
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service
  • Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks and food items to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment

Skills:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Willingness to learn about coffee and the coffee industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
