Responsibilities Aka What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep space clean to make the coffee bar a happy place
• Serve cocktails and wine on occasion
• Engage with customers to build community and provide a great experience
• Help customers select a beverage that will delight them
• Assemble small plates as needed
• Prepare cold brew, iced tea, lemonade, etc.
• Make coffee, espresso, and tea beverages

Qualifications Aka What We Need From You

• A Food Protection Certification (or will obtain before starting)
• Ability to consistently dial-in espresso machines
• Experience in (or desire to learn) latte art
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• 2+ years experience making coffee and espresso drinks
• Shared perspective that hospitality means being on the guest’s side
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for 4-8 hours
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
