Overview:
Quick Bite - Green Beans Coffee Company

Responsibilities:
The Barista is the foundation of the café. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium organic coffees and teas. The Barista is a true professional that fulfills any additional duties the Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader assigns. He/she displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business.

Eligible applicants are energetic and enthusiastic Quick-Serve Food Service fanatics. We serve freshly made-in-house food and coffee in a fast paced environment and thrive on providing amazing Customer Service. Sandwiches, Salads, and baked goods are made on-site throughout the day and we're seeking individuals who love to serve top-quality freshly made products! Multi-Tasking, a Positive Attitude, and a desire to serve customers is essential!

Barista $20.50/hr
1 opening: 4:30am - 12:30pm, Mon/Tues OFF, 40 hours/week
1 opening: 5:30pm - 1:30pm, Tue/Wed OFF, 40 hours/week


Shift Leader $21.75/hr
2 openings: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Tue/Wed OFF, 40 hours/week
1 opening: 11:30am -7:30pm, Thu/Fri OFF, 40 hours/week
1 opening: 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Mon/Tue OFF, 40 hours/week

Must successfully pass a ten year background and pre-employment check.
Must provide documentation that applicant is at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to read, count, write and speak in English in order to communicate verbally with staff members & guests
Must have experience processing information/merchandise through POS register system
Essential Qualifications:
  • Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure
  • Work varied hours/days based on business needs
  • Stand, walk, talk and hear. Special assignments will be available for those with disabilities.
  • Handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Work special events when needed.
  • Operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation
  • Frequently use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Move or handle merchandise generally weighing 0‐50 pounds
  • Handle food and hot beverages.
  • Maintain a positive morale and professional attitude.
  • Work overtime, as needed.
  • Provide documentation that they are at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Freely access all areas of the store
