Job Description

Banquet Server

Perform food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
  • Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
  • Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
  • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
  • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet


Requirements

  • Previous server experience preferrred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintain a clean uniform and keep a professional appearance.

Ability to handle long hours including standing, walking, lifting, pulling and bending.
