Backend Engineer, Apps Jobs

Tesla is seeking for a strong Backend Engineer to design and develop software for its current and next generations of Service center Applications.

In this role, you will be challenged to build features quickly but thoughtfully, balancing speed to market with longevity and scalability, all in the name of delivering extraordinary customer experiences to our users around the globe.

Responsibilities: Implement, deploy, maintain, and quickly adjust automation backend applications

• Inspect and analyze various integration with both Internal and external applications
• Define an architecture for fault-tolerant, distributed, and adaptive automation applications
• Build tools, test-automation, and documentation
• Respond to and handle service process change requests promptly

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with building solid, testable, and maintainable clean code
• 8+ years of technical engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages including, but not limited to: .Net, Go, C#, Java
• Experience working and deploying to Kubernetes and Docker containers
• Knowledge of distributed computing and data storage systems
• Proficiency in .NET, TCP/IP, Networking Programming, and related technologies
• Bachelor's/Master degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline
• Proven experience in back-end development for web applications (e.g., REST APIs, GRPC services, web sockets etc.)
• Database knowledge such as MySQL, MSSQL, etc.
• Proficiency working in a high-impact, responsive, and collaborative team
