About The Role

The Growth team is responsible for driving Envoy's overall product usage and user growth. This team strives to share the full value of Envoy's products with customers via in-product awareness and all kinds of experiments. This team's goal is to increase the discovery and self-service education of customers of Envoy’s platform.

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ

You will

• Build the core backend system components and create self-serve product features
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on product engineering roadmap
• Drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency
• Design and improve the foundational infrastructure that powers a variety of experiments

You have

• Created and supported APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP, GraphQL)
• BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Worked closely with Web or Mobile clients
• 4+ years of software engineering experience or coding experience

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining reliable, performant systems
• Experience A/B testing methodology
• Experience with Ruby, Java, or Kotlin
• Experience with growth related projects
• Experience with Heroku or AWS
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience contributing to open-source project or library
• Experience with DBs - SQL / NoSQL

Compensation Description

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area , our expected cash compensation for this role is $200K (Annually). We are hiring for multiple levels and backgrounds, so final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
