: Automotive Technician (Entry & Experienced Technicians Needed)

Earn as much as $120,000 per year with production bonuses.

Our company is seeking both entry-level and experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and overall vehicle inspections.

2. Conduct diagnostic tests to identify automotive issues and determine appropriate repair methods.

3. Repair or replace malfunctioning components, such as brakes, suspension systems, exhaust systems, and cooling systems.

4. Use various diagnostic tools and equipment, such as computerized diagnostic systems, to assist in vehicle diagnosis and repair.

5. Perform alignments and balancing for tires and wheels.

6. Assist customers in understanding the issues with their vehicles and provide appropriate recommendations for repairs and maintenance.

7. Keep detailed records of all services performed on vehicles and accurately complete repair orders.

8. Follow all safety standards and guidelines when handling tools, equipment, and chemicals.

9. Keep up-to-date with automotive technology and advancements through training and continuing education programs.

10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Completion of an automotive technical program or relevant apprenticeship.

3. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (for experienced technicians).

4. Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC.

5. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to use computerized diagnostic systems and other relevant tools and equipment.

7. Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.

8. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

10. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

11. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a plus.
