Responsibilities

• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and effective service
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Sell and up sell services by emphasizing value
• Know the product to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Qualifications

• Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
• Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
• Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds database systems is preferred
• Proficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• 2+ years of Service Advisor / Used Car Reconditioning Writer experience
