Job Description
Automotive Sales Manager opportunity available for a leading luxury dealership in the Greenville, SC market. The Sales Manager hired will have a new-car focus and will be responsible to push new car sales as the dealership's new car allocation continues to increase. The successful candidate is a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager that can lead their team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets, while also ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as an automotive Sales Manager and will have experience working with luxury clientele. This position will report to a long-term General Manager. Experience on CDK is a plus, but not mandatory for the role. Must have a stable track record and be looking for a long-term opportunity as this dealer has a stable leadership team and wants to maintain a low-turnover environment. 5 day work week and competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure new cars are getting sold
  • Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet daily with sales team to discuss appointments, sales opportunities, active leads, and missed opportunities.
  • Ensure that all sales processes are followed in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Hold gross while also maintaining integrity
  • TO deals and work the desk
  • Utilize the CRM to the fullest extent
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of training, developing, and leading sales teams to hit store goals
  • At least 4 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Compensation:
  • Compensation will be in the $140,000 - $160,000 range based on experience and performance.
