Toyota of Runnemede is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager. Our ideal candidates will have proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager in a dealership setting, and a stable work history.

Responsibilities - Finance Manager:

• Assist client advisors in closing of automotive transactions
• Perform daily follow up on active and prior customers
• Explain features, advantages and benefits regarding options best suited for our clients.
• Engage in business development and is a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business.
• Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Processes loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently.
• Perform at industry standards for insurance product sales
• Maintain great lender relationships
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
• Customer Service Professional
• Meet dealership sales goals

Requirements - Finance Manager:

• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Previous Finance & Insurance experience required
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Computer skills
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department.
• Team-oriented
• Have all finance and lease deals funded within 5-7 business days
