Associate Validation Site Surveyor - Full Time

As an Associate Validation Site Surveyor, you will need to be proficient with computers, software programs and databases and be devoted to making the survey process for sites as pleasant and educational as possible. Ideal candidates will have experience working independently, have a high attention to detail and give helpful customer support. Surveys will be a mixture of virtual and in-person. So a quiet workspace and reliable internet is a necessary requirement as is the ability to travel locally and domestically.

The Associate Validation Site Surveyor will:

• Complete all paperwork necessary prior to the survey
• Post survey you'll communicate with site for corrective action items and write final approval and deficiency reports
• Assign, schedule, and plan surveys from a prepopulated worklist in our database
• Perform virtual and in person surveys on ACR accredited facilities to monitor compliance with accreditation standards, as well as present findings to facility leaders.
• Complete follow-up corrective action processes for sites with deficiency report
• Respond in timely manner to phone calls and emails/faxes from sites

Successful candidate will have the following:

• Reliable car, car insurance and willing to do local travel in your current geographic location
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours when required
  • Must have excellent time management skills, especially in the face of competing and shifting priorities

• Strong personal computer and software skills including Microsoft Office products
• Active ARRT or equivalent license
• 3+ years of technologist experience in at least 1 modality
  • CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, or Ultrasound

• Excellent communication skills, great at customer relations and a good work ethic

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the range is $67,550 – $90,050.
