Position

The Associate Trust Officer specializes in supporting Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.

Responsibilities

• Assists Senior Trust Officers in managing trust and estate client relationships
• Manages the assets and income of trusts in accordance with trust or estate planning objectives
• Responsible for applying the provisions of trusts consistent with applicable statutes and regulations as well as meeting KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• CTFA a plus
• 3-6 years of experience in fiduciary or trust field
• Experience with trust and estate administration for high net worth or ultra-high net worth individuals preferred

Skills

• In depth product knowledge of fiduciary concepts and legal policies related to trust administration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
