Pay Philosophy
- This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**
- Creates presentations that are well organized with inputs from manager and partners.
- Ensures projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manages internal creative teams to ensure timely production and delivery of assigned projects and campaigns. This includes managing creative kickoff of assignment, conducting reviews/approvals, delivery of feedback to creative and final assets to partners.
- Ensures all talent marketing strategies and deliverables are in alignment with our enterprise brand Identity and Values.
- Assists in collaboration with Brand, Digital Advertising, Social Media and Sponsorships to ensure go-to-market talent attraction strategic and tactical approach is fully integrated.
- Proactively looks for ways to improve existing processes and drive optimizations and implementations
- Partners closely with internal teams (Social, PR, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), DEI, etc.) to identify new go-to-market opportunities and further promote our talent brand story.
- Assists in the strategic and creative development of talent marketing initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and application through various marketing tactics such as website content, email marketing, print, video, etc.
- Manages relationships with internal Talent Acquisition stakeholders to drive creative development and execution forward, delivering on identified opportunities and objectives.
- Project management experience with a solid background in integrated marketing.
- Experience in end-to-end execution of successful omnichannel marketing campaigns, website development, CRM marketing, and experience in Eightfold a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, coordination, presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and an eagerness to learn with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in understanding multiple marketing disciplines and how they connect.
- Proactive problem solver, with the ability and willingness to jump right in.
- Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies.
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required; Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization.
- Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization.
