Associate, Regulatory Jobs

Seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to bring Regulatory expertise to an International Cosmetics Regulatory and Safety group supporting R&D to deliver fast-paced Beauty Care products to the market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Gathering, generating, and managing technical fragrance information
• Collaborates with multiple corporate functions (R&D, Legal, Marketing, Artwork Department, Safety, Project Management, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of product initiatives.
• Provide Regulatory guidance, and support, including but not limited to:

• Formulas from third party manufacturers
• Give support to the Regulatory & Safety in maintaining data, such as;
• Raw material composition and impurities
• Safety data
• Regulatory approval of new prototypes, product copy and artwork
• Defining, recommending, and leading work process improvements to gain efficiencies is expected.
• Provide technical support to various markets
• Ensure Regulatory compliance of raw materials and formulations in various countries

Experience & Education
Education

• BS in a scientific discipline (Pharmaceuticals, Biological Sciences, etc.)

Experience

• Regulatory experience in the cosmetic industry, with a particular focus of EU fragrance allergens is a plus.

COMPETENCIES = Abilities, knowledge, commitments and skills enabling associates for optimal performance

• IT Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
• Analytical skills and understanding technical scientific information
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are important for working in fast-paced and matrix driven environment
• Must be collaborative, highly organized, and the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions

• Contact with MKT, Raw Materials, R&D teams and other possible stakeholders as well as raw material vendors.
