What You Can Expect Day-to-day
Working at the center of activity, you’ll help to drive timelines, wrangle budgets and keep internal teams happy, all in a day’s work. And while the job isn’t always highly visible, you’ll be a part of the charge on executing and leading large-scale, fully-integrated projects in both print and digital. You’ll:
  • Obtain a deep understanding of client expectations and rules of engagement
  • Review and provide critical input to project brief, budget, and schedule prior to kickoff
  • Review and optimize high-level client program/campaign and project plans for the year
  • Craft and implement a plan for new or shifting tactics
  • Develop dedicated, actionable project plans and collaborate with key team members to execute

Qualifications
Minimum Required: Bachelors Degree
Other Required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Minimum 3+ years agency or related marketing experience
Preferred qualifications: 1 year+ of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, and/or medical education industry

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$46,000—$58,000 USD
