Job Overview:

In this role, the Associate Project Manager will provide support to the Enterprise Transformation Office. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the management of the portfolio of enterprise priorities to ensure programs and projects are healthy and deliver desired outcomes. They will regularly attend meetings with program owners, project owners, and cross-functional partners to discuss critical project updates including status, timelines, interdependencies, and risk mitigation efforts. They will be responsible for using existing project and portfolio management tools and timelines to provide visibility of project health and actions or decisions needed to keep the portfolio healthy and progressing.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Provide continuous visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across teams, solving and where needed escalating impediments via meetings, emails, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence of Enterprise Transformation Tools (Roadmaps, Dashboards, trackers) and timelines with program and project managers
  • Assist with creation of portfolio summaries and share-outs for key leadership meetings
  • Support the management of portfolio of projects across the PCHI enterprise
  • Understands KPIs and basics surrounding ROI and partnering with Finance to verify financial results
  • Prepare materials for and assist in Enterprise Transformation meetings and working sessions
  • Identify and resolve lack of clarity across teams on project components, questions, and anything that hinders the forward progress of projects
  • Aid in the identification and monitoring of project interdependencies, intersections, risks and mitigation efforts
  • Effectively communicate appropriate information to internal project stakeholders
  • Advocate for continuous improvement
  • Drive projects forward beyond just organizing meetings and taking notes: identify and communicate risks, follow up on commitments, be clear on next steps
  • Ability to build and maintain project timelines in Smartsheet and project Dashboards in PowerPoint

Skills Required:

Qualifications:


  • A motivated, quick learner who can collaborate with across multiple parts of the organization
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence more senior leaders
  • Able to manage complex situations that often require navigating uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Experience using all Microsoft Office products with expertise in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with experience in project management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years relevant work experience required

Expected Salary Range: $64,328 - 80,410

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
