Job Description
Manages the planning, organization and implementation of complex (risks are understood, familiar technologies and fewer interdependices) projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
  • Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
  • Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
Job Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience.
Experience
  • 4 years - Relevant work experience required
  • 2 years - Project and/or program management experience
Skills\Certifications
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
  • This individual must be comfortable with professionally challenging key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Has a successful track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
