Job Description
Who You Are & What You’ll Do


The Associate Product Manager - Data & Analytics will own the delivery of the Product roadmap including co-creation of supply chain analytic innovations (working with the Data Engineering and Data Scientist teams) and acquisition of new data (working with the Data Engineering team). Work as an embedded part of the Data & Analytics team to build out the product roadmap and drive delivery. This role will require a significant understanding of business operations, performance management, and outcomes. Based on this understanding, the Associate Product Manager will develop the product roadmap to meet the P&L of the product and to reduce time spent on analysis and decision-making with the activation of assisted and predictive decision-making capabilities.

You have operational intensity: You operate with a bias for action and have a natural desire to improve processes and quickly find efficiencies

What You’ll Need To Succeed


  • Strong communication and Influencing skills
  • 3+ years experience in data and analytics
  • Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong track record of working with business stakeholders to drive definition and alignment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in driving business value through data / analytics / technology

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.


Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.


Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
