Job Description
We are looking to hire an associate pastor or pastoral assistant! This is a full-time position at Victory Baptist Church in Casa Grande, AZ. We would cover 100% of trip expenses for an applicant to candidate, and 100% of moving expenses if we offered and he accepted the job.


Job responsibilities would likely include working with youth, visiting Victory family members, helping with church administrative tasks, planning and overseeing activities and worship services, helping with music and/or tech needs, teaching frequently and preaching occasionally.


We’re looking for a person who is mature enough to step in and serve right away, but humble enough to be a committed, lifelong learner.
