Job Description

Our client is a $40MM revenue management consultancy which specialises in operational improvement services for clients in Europe and the USA. Their sector focus is in the asset intensive industries of Mining, Oil & Gas and heavy industry. Reporting to the US Managing Partner this role will involve:-


  • Service offering includes Analysis & Design, People solutions and realisation of value
  • Focus on the Mining and Natural Resources industry in the US
  • Responsibility for Account Management, new BD, team management and oversight of delivery


The candidate:-

  • Entrepreneurial drive, target focussed, ambitious, upward curve in your career
  • Team leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Science or Engineering subject
  • Strong track record of account development in a management consultancy


The base salary on offer is in the $180k - $220k range plus a 30% profit related bonus and the opportunity to participate in an MBO within the next 2 years.
