Associate Optometrist Jobs

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate optometrist to join our team at Vauxhall Vision. As a part-time doctor (two days a week), you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional eye care services to our patients, with a manageable workload of approximately 15 patients per day.

Responsibilities:

• Prescribe eyeglasses, and fit contact lenses
• Diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders
• Educate patients about eye health, preventive measures, and treatment options
• Monitor patients' progress and provide follow-up care as needed
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye conditions, diseases, or abnormalities
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient diagnoses, treatments, and progress using Revolution EHR

Requirements:

• Proficient in performing comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing eye conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Valid optometric license in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
