Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience litigating personal injury cases in both District and Circuit Court. Potential candidates would also be expected to confidently navigate and defend serious traffic and criminal matters.

Responsibilities

  • Legal writing and research
  • Develope and manage client relationships
  • Monitor prelitigation personal injury claims
  • Defend serious traffic and criminal cases
  • Build referral network
  • Litigate personal injury cases in District and Circuit Court


Qualifications

  • 2 plus years experience
  • District Court and Circuit Court litigation experience
  • Active member of the Maryland State Bar
