ABOUT THE ASSOCIATE / INTERNAL STRATEGY ROLE:
We are looking for a hands-on and high energy Associate, Internal Strategy to join our growing team to help accelerate our first-mover advantage and capitalize on the unique platform and capabilities built within WIN over the last 30 years.
You will be based in our ultramodern Chicago offices, which is easily accessible by public transportation, and overlooks the Chicago river.
Initially, you will work across multiple initiatives to develop a deep understanding of our business, customer segments and channels. In the process, you will collaborate with internal teams and WIN Franchise Owners to build innovative business solutions.
As you grow in this role, you will begin to develop expertise, and play a critical role in guiding the creation of unique business capabilities, and work with technical and business teams to build industry redefining apps and penetrate new market opportunities and channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Begin to develop a deep understanding of our business, capabilities, and drivers of value creation Assist in building innovative capabilities, and recommend action plans for growth and improvement Apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop business insights, and turn those insights into engines for growth Be a consummate team player and a multitasker to own and manage multiple initiatives Support design, development, testing and rollout of business and technical projects Champion communication and alignment with stakeholders and technical teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong work ethics and ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Innate curiosity with a passion for personal and professional development
  • Proven experience in financial and operational analysis in full-time roles or internships
  • Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or related field
  • Highly analytical and business savvy, with a consummate problem solving mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and outstanding organizational skills
