Minimum Requirements
This position requires Masters Degree in Counseling and 4 years experience in student-athlete academic counseling.
Position Description
University of Louisville seeks an Associate Director of Academic Services – Athletics in Louisville, KY to oversee and coordinate academic services provided to assigned sport program(s); Mentor academic counselors; Teach reading and study strategies to students within athletics program; Communicate academic policies and procedures as well as NCAA, ACC, and institutional eligibility requirements to student-athletes, coaches, sports administrators and Athletics personnel and produce academic reports; Monitor student-athletes’ academic performance to ensure NCAA, ACC, and institutional eligibility requirements are met; Provide academic guidance and support to student-athletes and identifying educational strategies to provide individualized and holistic support services. This position requires Masters Degree in Counseling and 4 years experience in student-athlete academic counseling.
Target Compensation Maximum
$72,826.00
Target Compensation Minimum
$41,036.00
Compensation Will Be Commensurate To Candidate Experience.
