What we need from you:
  • Help establish and steer brand voice and tone
  • Align with the GCD to ensure a consistent direction, style, and methodology
  • Present visual concepts and ideas in an organized, compelling, effective manner
  • Concept campaigns and promotions
  • Work closely with the GCD and VP of Creative on establishing big picture thinking
  • Set the bar high and get there fast without sacrificing quality for speed
  • Close collaboration with Print/Brand, CG and Content teams
  • Continue to learn new tools and techniques that can be applied to your design, typography, composition, and storytelling abilities Have no problem rolling up your sleeves and hustling to get the job done
  • Communicate clear vision of the brands
  • Manage and motivate team members and delegate tasks to complete projects
  • Assist in overseeing quality control of brand assets and concept execution
  • Work closely with the GCD and VP of Creative on creating the highest-quality brand executions possible
  • Be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the standard Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Help establish a strategy for positioning a brand in the market
  • Innovate and present new creative direction that pushes new brand standards and expectations
  • Strong illustration and pre-press production skills
  • Build brand guidelines and standards for all brands and help enforce those guidelines across each brand
  • Participate in competitor research/analysis
  • Recommend campaign strategies during marketing windows
  • Give insightful and constructive feedback for Art Directors to help grow their creative abilities
  • Excel in managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently
  • Have creative vision, and provide feedback and mentorship to a wide array of creative and production teams
  • Produce sketches and storyboards, to visualize ideas and concepts
Requirements
  • Leadership in inspiring team members to create thoughtful and creative work

  • Ability to take and give constructive criticism and maintain a professional attitude
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in all creative software (ie. Adobe Creative Cloud), prototyping tools, etc. and familiarity with G Suite products Conceptual thinking in understanding the important relationship of business to marketing and creative disciplines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
