Job Description


The Associate, Client Services partners with all members of the client services team and acts as a liaison between clients and internal team members. You will develop and maintain positive client relationships, tracking routine daily project tasks and performing basic account management skills.


You will serve as the client contact on creative and campaign management, ensuring client approvals are secured and timelines are met. Communicate externally with the client and internally with the project team to keep all informed of project status and changes.


This position is supporting one of dentsu America’s largest accounts and is a great opportunity to get exposure working on a large, multi-channel business.


  • Manage multiple projects and support team members on ongoing projects, while learning the agency and client business
  • Tracks and manages daily project workstreams, ranging from routine tasks to ad hoc deliverables
  • Help with client needs, identify solutions, and increase the value of service by following-through and communicating
  • Develop skills to guide, advise, assist, and motivate agency team members
  • Assist with project management, presentations and basic operations of account management


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented and organizational excellence
  • Natural collaborator
  • 1+ years of industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work.
  • Developed skills in research and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited to take on new challenges and operate autonomously


Additional Information


The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
