- Develop in an actuarial and business capacity and according to Ally vision and mission statement
- This is a hybrid role. You will be required to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
- Foster innovation within the team and across the broader organization
- Support a robust pricing and/or reserving review process for insurance business, including both standard actuarial techniques and advanced modeling
- Work collaboratively as a part of the broader Pricing and/or Reserving process
- Develop indications and communicate them to Actuarial Management
- Support, enhance, and communicate business analytics to Senior Leadership
- Programming skills in SQL/SAS/R/Python a plus
- High level of problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- Passed 1 or more Casualty Actuarial Society exam(s) and dedication to attaining actuarial credentials
- Strong written and oral communication and relationship building skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft product suite
- Strong work ethic
