Assistant Superintendent Jobs

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Assistant Construction Superintendent to join our winning team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Supervise on-site subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed.

• Ensure safe work practices including OSHA standards, company safety programs, and policies relative to the installation of these systems.
• Establish and enforce Project site schedule, safety, and quality control programs to ensure timely and quality completion of construction without incidents.
• Maintain daily (written) log of, and regularly communicate to supervisors, activities on the Project site.
• Safety training (OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification)
• Enforce safety standards established by the client and the Company to manage risk and achieve safety and health goals of no incidents and no lost time due to injury and no property damage.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Open Project site at beginning of the day and secure Project site at the end of the day Supervision of Others:Provide direction to, manage, supervise, and resolve problems among multiple (up to 20 per project) project subcontractors and vendors.Job Type: Full-time Qualifications:*High school diploma
