Job Description
LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company, is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to assist and support the field operations staff on a project with scheduling, field coordination, safety, quality control, and supervision of subcontracted forces, all in an effort to minimize risk and to keep the focus on Lemoine's Foundations for Successful Execution. The Assistant Superintendent may be responsible for the construction of a small project (s) with annual revenue of up to $7 million (or projects of equal complexity/scope).

  • Supervision and Coordination of Trade Contractors & Craft Workforce

Required Qualifications


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software programs.
  • Strong reasoning and comprehension skills.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in field supervisory role for commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
  • Proven skills in the areas of math as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of commercial construction practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades (all disciplines).
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
