Assistant Store Manager Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of the Flagship store's operations at Mall of America. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store in the Store Manager's absence and providing leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment
• Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and profitability
• Assist the Store Manager in analyzing sales reports and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and mall management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a flagship store
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
