Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with every existing and potential customer
• Process loan applications and make loans
• Safeguard and maintain customer records
• Make collections calls on overdue loans
• Open and close store
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
• Educate customers on all product offerings

• Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
• Exceptional customer service attitude

To Be Considered, You Must Meet The Following Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience is required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 401(k) plan including company match
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, financial or service industry
• Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, life insurance and much more for full time Team Members
• High school diploma/GED required
