As we continue expanding our company, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for our Translations Department.


What the role entails

  • Management of translations projects from start to finish.
  • Overseeing the team of vendors involved on each translation request
  • Selecting the best resources for each project.
  • Assisting the Translation Project Manager with weekly/monthly reports
  • Preparing quotes for clients and leads


What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • At least 1-year of experience in project management
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Stress-management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish – spoken and written
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a remote team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Translation, Languages, Business or similar
  • Desktop Publishing skills *desirable but not required.
  • Knowledge of CAT Tools, Microsoft Office and Translation Management Systems
