Munters is looking for an Assistant Project Manager
The Role
The Assistant Project Manager will report to the overall Project Manager for a new factory build in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities

• Analyzing data as required
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings and workshops
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
• Preparing reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Excellent multitasking skills
• Preferred candidate will have a background in construction engineering
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in any management software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance
