Assistant Project Manager Jobs

We are looking for a Plumbing Project Manager to manage commercial Plumbing projects from initial estimate to close-out. We would like for the canidate to have prior experience or a degree but it is not required. We will train the right canidate. Project Manager responsibilities include coordinating and completing tasks on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of sales, estimating, and project oversight. Set deadlines, assign duties, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

A successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the project are completed.

Plumbing Project Manager Responsibilities and duties:

• Coordinate with internal and external sub’s and vendors and the architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and under budget.
• Track submittals, SOV, schedules, Submit RFI’s, progress billings, Request change orders.
• Manage, scope, and submit PO’s for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage multiple medium and mechanical/plumbing projects concurrently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
