WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an Assistant Principal with PLA, you will be responsible for setting the vision for school culture and academics. You are also responsible for implementing and evaluating the instructional program based on scholar needs and state guidelines. As our AP, you will coordinate, supervise, and evaluate staff, including implementing the PLA Coaching Cycle. PLA APs are data-driven and results-oriented and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to their work.

DO YOU HAVE:

• An ability to data investigate and develop a plan for campus success.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proven success as an instructional leader with experience in a school leadership role
• The ability to collaborate and communicate with staff and stakeholders the vision and direction of your campus
• Valid Administrator’s License
