Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist with AP/AR and Data Entry for vendors in HCSS system.

* Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.

* Process invoices timely and in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

* Assist with Vendor account set up and verification.

* Customer service skills -- interaction with our vendors

* General administrative support

* Ensure accuracy of files maintained on computer and or other assigned areas


Qualifications

* Construction background is preferred but not required.

* Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, and Office 365.

* Work well with others.

* Ability to Multi-task

* Strong Communication skills

* Attention to Detail


Plusses

* Bachelor's in business, Finance, or Accounting.
