This Surgery RN Clinical Coordinator will cover the surgical service line for orthopedic services for a large, busy surgery department. With over 20 OR suites, the Clinical Orthopedic Surgery Coordinator will support the Surgery Nurse Director and Manager in development and implementation of surgical programs and policies, staff coaching and accountability, and efficient daily case flow in the ORs. The Orthopedic OR Clinical Coordinator will oversee the scheduling and assignments of transplant services for smooth daily operations.
