Assistant Nurse Manager, Rehab Unit

Primary Function: Responsible for the overall flow management and patient care activities on the nursing unit in accordance with the organizational and departmental philosophy and objectives. The unit clinical coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of nursing care on the unit and the timely patient flow activities for their assigned shift.
Job Qualifications and Specifications: BSN required. RI State Nursing Licensure required as is graduation from an accredited nursing program. BLS required. A minimum of 2 years job related experience is required. Certification in administration or related specialty is preferred and required within two years of hire
