The Assistant Marketing Manager, International will be responsible for growing the FIJI Water brand across EMEA and Canada markets by planning and implementing marketing initiatives, such as brand campaigns, social media calendars, and digital marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director, International Brand Marketing, the Assistant Marketing Manager will also work closely with internal teams to implement business initiatives such as packaging label artwork updates and packaging changes.


This is a fully remote role that will require you to work Pacific Time Zone hours. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.



  • Work with designer to develop and maintain brand digital assets such as website content, product images for ecommerce listing, etc.
  • Manage marketing budget, including processing invoices and maintaining budget tracker.
  • Lead label artwork updates and packaging change projects by working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, New Product Development, Operations, Finance, etc.
  • Work with marketing agencies on brand campaign planning, execution, and review.
  • Manage social media calendars to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory guidelines, and company social media policies.


Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Possess an eye for detail and is highly organized
  • Ability to manage complex projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to travel internationally required – 5% travel time.
  • Google Analytics experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within the consumer goods industry required
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Major in Marketing preferred
  • Experience in International marketing (especially from EMEA or Canada) strongly preferred


Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
