Job Description
Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the Wellness industry? Elements Massage® Issaquah is looking for an Assistant Manager to help oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio.We are a locally owned wellness studio focused primarily on massage and healing. Elements Massage Issaquah is owned by a Massage Therapist who appreciates her employees and values work-life balance.


Primary Tasks


  • Coordinate schedules for team members
  • Cover for Studio Manager when they are out of the studio
  • Conduct ongoing coaching, training, and reviews
  • Hire & train front desk team members
  • Works closely with fellow front desk team members to deliver excellent customer service


Requirements for the role


  • A Flexible Schedule - This position requires being able to work various shifts that could include opening or closing the studio. The Assistant Manager is responsible for covering for fellow team members unexpectedly and coordinating coverage at the front desk. The studio is open 9 am to 9 pm 7 days a week.
  • Top-notch technical skills – Experience working with Microsoft programs and CRM preferred.
  • Organization – sometimes it can get busy at the front desk, being well organized is key.
  • Driven to achieve goals – A successful Assistant Manager always has focus on daily, weekly, and quarterly goals and empowers the team to hit those benchmarks.
  • Previous management/leadership experience.
  • A motivating attitude – We want all team members to be excited to come to work. A motivating Assistant Manager helps set this tone.
  • Great communication skills – The Assistant Manager works directly with clients and staff daily. Great communication in this role is key.
