Tee Jaye's Country Place is a staple in the Columbus, Ohio area. We are a family owned business and have been around for almost 53 years. We are seeking managers to join our family! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

• Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members
• Provides feedback to General Manager on staffing and idea to meet sales goals
• Assist in preparation and cooking of menu items
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Supervises Team Members
• Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team
• Ensures Quality Customer Service
• Able to pass a quality control inspection
• Helps control food costs
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management
