Job Description

Dolly Effect has been offering premium lash extension services in the Bay Area since 2017, and is expanding its locations in the Bay Area, with new lash spa locations in San Mateo and Los Altos, CA coming this summer.


Our luxury lash spa is looking to hire Assistant Store Managers to run our front-of-house operations full-time.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with lash techs to provide clients with the best service experiences
  • Provide high-touch (professional, friendly) customer service experiences to our clients
  • Provide consultations with clients to discuss the specifics of their lash service
  • Keep the studio organized and tidy
  • Greet, check-in, and check-out clients
  • Process daily messages, email, phone calls
  • Take inventory of products for sale
  • Answer and resolve clients’ questions and/or issues
  • Provide feedback and ideas for store improvements, to optimize process efficiency, and to provide the best lash service experience
  • Assist clients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Assist with executing all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Basic computer skills to use our POS system, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Strong desire to learn
  • 18+ years of age
  • Excellent communication, reading, writing, and multitasking
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred
  • Interested in the beauty and customer service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
