The Opportunity

• Help ensure that all company standards and customer commitments (safety, quality, production, cost, on-time delivery) are met

We are currently seeking Production Machine Operators to join the team in our East Springfield Corrugated Packaging facility. We will train the right candidate. Experience is valued.

• An attractive rate of pay reflecting skills, competencies and potential. The starting payrate for this position is $18.32 an hour with an attractive benefits package. This job is located in Springfield, MA. This is a direct hire, we are not a temp agency.

What You Need To Succeed

• A great work ethic!
• You must be able to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math. Skills will be tested.
• Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus, Printing experience very helpful
• Excellent Attendance Record and solid work history
• Offer contingent on passing background screening, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Strong focus on Quality
• Maintain housekeeping excellence- Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Excellent safety record
• Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, bend throughout a shift
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
• Basic English Language skills
• Available to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
