Position Description

Advertised Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Compliance, Eligibility and Enrollment Services reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance, Eligibility & Enrollment Services and the Senior Associate AD for Compliance and serves as a member of the Office of Compliance Services (“OCS”). This position works in conjunction with the OCS, department and campus staff to implement and monitor processes related to the NCAA, SEC and USC amateurism and academic regulations. The position will perform day-to-day duties for the OCS certification team as well as all aspects of athletics initial eligibility process and certification for select sports, by working with OCS, NCAA, SEC and University officials.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer strong presentation skills, experience with initial and continuing eligibility, and ability to work with confidential information in a high-pressure environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work with diverse campus and community constituencies.
